TenTongues localises your App Store and/or Google Play listing text into the languages you pay for (10 by default): title, subtitle, keywords, promotional text, description and what's new, plus screenshot captions on the $79 plan. You receive one spreadsheet by email. The work is AI-assisted: language models draft the text, then we research keywords per locale, apply store character limits and back-translate every field into English. It is not a certified human translation. You decide what to publish, and you are responsible for your listing's compliance with Apple's and Google's guidelines.
Delivery is within 24 hours of payment and receipt of your store link or listing text. If we need something from you, the clock starts when you send it.
If we miss the 24-hour window, or you're not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of delivery, email hello@tentongues.app with your receipt and we'll refund you in full to the original payment method. Refunds normally reach your card within 5-10 business days. We'll also fix any error you point out at no cost.
Stripe processes payments on a hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and are one-time charges, with no subscription. Payments are processed under our billing entity: checkout pages, receipts and card statements show our billing name "Lauki" (statement reference TENTONGUES), operated by Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd.
You keep all rights to your listing and to the localised text we deliver. We won't publish or reuse your unreleased text. We may say "we localised App X" only with your permission.
We collect only what's needed to deliver: your email (from checkout), your app link and anything you send us. We use this to do the work and handle support, and we never sell or share it. Ask us at the address below and we'll delete your data, apart from records the law requires us to keep.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We don't guarantee specific ranking or download results.
